Customer Relations Associate
About the Job: MCC/Invoice Cloud is looking for a full time, motivated, organized and energetic Customer Relations Associate to work from our conveniently located office near routes 495/20 in Marlborough, MA. If you enjoy a diverse work environment with plenty of room to grow and learn, this entry-level position is a match for you. The Customer Relations Associate will provide product support for MCC/Invoice Cloud clients, partners, and payers. The role requires clear and effective communication, troubleshooting skills, and a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
•Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email and live online help
•Ability to work under pressure and respond calmly in complex customer environments while providing excellent customer service
•Responsible for diagnosing, researching and resolving customer issues to ensure satisfaction
•Strong rapport and relationship building skills with both internal departments and external customers.
•Use webinar tools to provide training and resolve client issues
•Write instructions and/or how-to documents for clients to assist them with product function
•Other duties assigned as needed
Experience
•1-3 years Customer Service Experience
•Experience using standard MS Office tools (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
•A high level of organization, communication and professional writing skills is required.
•Must have the ability to prioritize tasks, and a strong attention to detail.
•Associate’s Degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required
